 Eligibility for Refunds:

1. Personal Information

• If a ride is canceled by the driver or the system, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.

• If the customer cancels a ride, refunds will be processed as per the cancellation terms outlined during booking.

2. Service Issues:

• In case of incomplete rides or dissatisfaction due to a service issue, customers may request a refund.

• Refunds will be considered after reviewing the complaint and verifying the circumstances.

3. Payment Errors:

• Any duplicate or incorrect payment will be refunded after validation.

 Refund Process:

• Refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• For cash payments, the refund will be processed as wallet credit in the app.

 How to Request a Refund:

• Customers can request refunds through the Help & Support section in the app or by contacting our customer care team.

 Non-Refundable Scenarios:

• Cancellation fees incurred due to late cancellations by the customer.

• Rides completed as per the booking details.
